Dr. Nach Daniel is an Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon, and an experienced real estate developer. He serves as President and CEO of East Coast Dental Group [ECDG], a dental DSO which owns and operates multiple dental and oral surgery clinics.
Since moving from Montreal to Moncton in 2006, Nach has established himself as a discerning and influential property owner, developer and investor, building a diverse and exclusive portfolio of high-end commercial, residential and medical properties across the Maritimes and Quebec. He is currently involved in a variety of real estate projects in Moncton, Fredericton and Halifax.
Known for his uncompromising commitment to quality, and for taking a personal, hands-on approach to all his business ventures – both dental and real estate – Nach works closely with his team to deliver superior service, elite product offerings, and a rewarding client experience.

CEO and Co-founder of Quest, Harold brings almost three decades of property management experience to the table. Throughout his twenty-seven-year career, Harold has property managed in excess of four million square feet of commercial office and institutional buildings, 3,500 plus units of multi-unit residential, 300 condominium units and a P-3 school portfolio consisting of 16 schools at approximately 1.2 million square feet.
Starting out his career as one of the youngest GM’s with Oxford Properties Group in the late nineties, Harold joined Ashford Properties in 2000, leading the development and facility management of the company’s portfolio. He went on to run the company’s Nova Scotia division, assuming the role of President in 2011.
For the past two years, Harold has been President of Triquest Investments, setting up the company’s property management platform and leading the successful acquisition of strategic development lands and assets, including Promenade Neuf in Dieppe.
Co-founder and VP of Quest, Thierry is known for his leadership and business acumen in acquiring new development lands and multi residential real estate properties. His focus is on understanding each client’s strategic real estate investments goals, and guiding them to the project that’s right for them. Thierry has been investing and operating multiple real estate projects in Quebec and New Brunswick since 2015.
Before co-founding Quest, Thierry spent two years working at AstraZeneca, a global pharmaceutical company where he actively participated in a growing territory with a network of over 250 doctors across New-Brunswick.
Thierry holds a Master of Business Administration from Université de Moncton. He studied Commerce in Guadalajara Mexico and recently completed a Real Estate Development Certificate from Sprott Business School in Ottawa. A former athlete, Thierry was captain of U de M’s Aigles Bleus hockey team.
As Quest’s Operations Manager, Mitchell is responsible to implement the right processes and practices across the organization. Overseeing the multi-family portfolio Mitchell supports the resident managers in their day-to-day operations while providing residents with the highest level of customer service.
Prior to joining the Quest team, Mitchell worked as a surgical specialist for Zimmer Biomet, a Global company, where he was responsible for managing hospitals and working with surgeons across the province. He also worked as Project manager for Groupe Lefebvre, a construction company that specializes as general contractors.
Mitchell’s work ethic, organizational skills and attention to detail make him an asset to our organization. A former athlete, Mitchell played four years with the U de M’s AiglesBleus hockey team while earning his business degree.
Mandy’s amazing people and organizational skills are key to the day-to-day success of Quest, With over 20+ years of experience in tenant management and customer service. Mandy works daily with our tenants making sure they find the information they need and that they are connected with the right people to help them with their housing needs.
An avid traveller, Mandy has spent the last decade living in several provinces and territories including the Canadian Arctic where she was immersed in Inuit culture as well as Ontario and Alberta where she gained a great deal of knowledge and experience working in the public sector.
