Nach Daniel

President

Dr. Nach Daniel is an Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon, and an experienced real estate developer. He serves as President and CEO of East Coast Dental Group [ECDG], a dental DSO which owns and operates multiple dental and oral surgery clinics.

Since moving from Montreal to Moncton in 2006, Nach has established himself as a discerning and influential property owner, developer and investor, building a diverse and exclusive portfolio of high-end commercial, residential and medical properties across the Maritimes and Quebec. He is currently involved in a variety of real estate projects in Moncton, Fredericton and Halifax.

Known for his uncompromising commitment to quality, and for taking a personal, hands-on approach to all his business ventures – both dental and real estate – Nach works closely with his team to deliver superior service, elite product offerings, and a rewarding client experience.

Harold Daley

Chief Executive Officer

CEO and Co-founder of Quest, Harold brings almost three decades of property management experience to the table. Throughout his twenty-seven-year career, Harold has property managed in excess of four million square feet of commercial office and institutional buildings, 3,500 plus units of multi-unit residential, 300 condominium units and a P-3 school portfolio consisting of 16 schools at approximately 1.2 million square feet.

Starting out his career as one of the youngest GM’s with Oxford Properties Group in the late nineties, Harold joined Ashford Properties in 2000, leading the development and facility management of the company’s portfolio. He went on to run the company’s Nova Scotia division, assuming the role of President in 2011.

For the past two years, Harold has been President of Triquest Investments, setting up the company’s property management platform and leading the successful acquisition of strategic development lands and assets, including Promenade Neuf in Dieppe.

Thierry Comtois

Vice President Vice President – Acquisition & Development

Co-founder and VP of Quest Capital, Thierry is known for his leadership and business acumen in acquiring new development lands and multi residential real estate properties.

For the past three years, Thierry has been focused on Quest’s company structure growing from 2 co-founders actively involved in the operations to approximately 15 employees including all essential departments from investment, development to property management.

Working closely with internal partners raising approximately 9M in private investments and structuring beyond 100M in debt financing, Thierry as played an important role on acquiring strategic development sites to secure Quest’s growth path for the next 10 years exceeding 3,000 units in developable land.

Thierry has been investing and operating multiple real estate projects in Quebec and New Brunswick since 2015.

Mitchell Robillard

Development Manager

Mitchell was the first employee to join Quest as Operations Manager where he was responsible for implementing processes and practices across the organization and supporting the resident managers in their day-to-day operations while providing residents with the highest level of customer service.

He’s played a key role setting up the maintenance division from ground up and training his replacement as he grew into a development focused role to support planning of approximately 500 multi-residential units to date.

As development manager, Mitchell’s is now responsible to Liaise with municipal authorities and community stakeholders to facilitate all Rezoning, Subdivision, Development Variance Permit, and Development Permit. He Act as primary contact for all city correspondence pertaining to development projects in New-Brunswick.

Jeff Steeves, CPA, CGA

Controller

Jeff is an experienced Chartered Professional Accountant known for is strong analytical skills. Prior to joining Quest, he spent 19 years in Public Practice, specializing in owner-managed corporations including Thiel-Greene where he was overseeing a portfolio of 100+ clients.

In his accounting manager role with Quest, Jeff brought all third-party accounting back internally in a rigid structure that he’s put in place including approximately 18 legal corporations. He is currently leading the implementation of a new accounting software for real estate which will allow the company to improve operations efficiency and enhance reporting for its shareholders.
