Resident Manager – Multi-Site Portfolio

New Brunswick – Greater Moncton Area (On-site)
We are currently hiring for two Resident Manager positions, covering the following sites:

- Resident Manager – Elsliger Street (townhouses & apartment buildings)
- Resident Manager – Origin Street (off Dieppe Blvd, apartment building)
Job Type: Full-time or Part-time (flexible depending on candidate)
Start Date: June 1, 2026, or slightly later if required
Compensation:
- Housing provided (1-bedroom, 2-bedroom, or townhouse depending on assignment and availability)
- Monthly compensation package (to be discussed and adjusted based on the number and scope of responsibilities assigned)
We strongly prefer a candidate who is willing to relocate directly to the site or already resides in close proximity.
Summary of the Role:
The Resident Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of assigned residential properties, with a strong focus on tenant experience, property presentation, and operational upkeep. The role is highly hands-on and requires someone reliable, proactive, and comfortable working on-site within a residential community.
This position places strong emphasis on in-person leasing support through property showings and the professional presentation of available units, while ensuring buildings remain clean, safe, and well-maintained at all times.
Responsibilities:
Property Upkeep & Operations
- Ensure all buildings, common areas, and outdoor spaces remain clean, safe, and well-maintained
- Prepare vacant units to a high standard for leasing
- Replace light bulbs, report maintenance issues, and handle minor on-site tasks when possible
- Maintain snow and ice removal, including salting of walkways as required
Tenant Relations
- Respond promptly and professionally to tenant concerns and requests
- Maintain positive, respectful relationships with all residents
- Conduct regular property inspections and report findings to management
Leasing & Tenant Engagement
- Conduct in-person unit viewings with prospective tenants
- Professionally present and demonstrate available apartments and townhouses
- Provide a strong first impression of the property and support the leasing process through effective on-site engagement
Communication & Reporting
- Manage phone and email communications through company-provided channels
- Report emergencies or unusual incidents immediately, followed by written documentation
- Ensure all leasing-related documentation is forwarded to the main office for review and approval
- Adhere strictly to company policies and procedures (no independent changes)
General Duties
- Support the overall operation of the property portfolio as required
- Perform additional duties as assigned to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in property management, customer service, or operations considered an asset
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities
- Comfortable working in a residential, on-site environment
- Valid driver’s license considered an asset
