Hotel Suite

The VIZION Hotel Suite is available to reserve 24/7 and perfect for visiting family and friends to stay and have their own space.

Hotel Suite will include:

A fully furnished suite
A full-size kitchen perfect for cooking and entertaining friends and family
Comfy seating and a television
Two bedrooms and bathrooms
Washer and Dryer
A secure entrance that can be keyed to your room access when booked
Reserve as needed

Safety and security

On site building superintendent to provide 24/7 responses to tenant needs. Building provided with full CCTV coverage and fob access for building entry.

Energy efficiency

High efficiency heat pumps deliver the heating and cooling for each suite with ducting into every living space. Energy star appliances (dishwasher, fridge, stove, microwave, washer and dryer). LED light fixtures throughout. Thermally insulated, Low-E, argon gas filled double glazed glass windows will help control heat loss in winter, heat gain in summer, and enhance occupant comfort

Green construction

Low maintenance high quality vinyl plank floating floors with integral acoustic backing in lieu of carpeting throughout the suite consume fewer natural resources, improve acoustics in the space and limit build-up of dust and irritants. Low VOC paintings, coating and adhesives used throughout for improved indoor air quality. Low flow plumbing fixtures.

Convenience

Select receptacles equipped with USB charging ports. Every suite has in-suite washer and dryer, ample storage room, 125 amp dedicated electrical service panel, back up electric baseboard heating, access to the Hospitality Suite.

VIZION is centrally located in Moncton’s growing North End – within a 5 minute walk or drive to dozens of restaurants, coffee shops, banks, grocery stores, retail shopping and Mapleton Park

Fully-Outfitted Gym

Stay active without the commute and gym membership fees. You will have access to VIZION’s fully equipped fitness centre.

Expected equipment to include but not limited to Spinning bikes, Treadmills, Functional training center, Swiss ball & Dumbells.

Underground parking & Storage

Don’t worry about clearing the snow off your car. Tenants will have access to underground parking to protect vehicles from the elements.
