What appliances and extras are included with each VIZION suite?
An energy-efficient, fridge, stove, dishwasher and microwave are included in each suite. As well as, an in-suite laundry room with washer and dryer hookups.
Other extras like blinds/roller shades are also included.
Do you allow pets at VIZION?
VIZION will be allowing small pets with a very strict pet policy.
What type of tenant is welcome at VIZION?
VIZION is happy to welcome both families and singles to the building with a great mix of retired and business professionals in the building.
Can I use a propane BBQ on the balcony?
At this time propane BBQs are not permitted on the premises. Electric BBQs, however, are permitted and we’ve accommodated these models with electrical access and lighting on each covered balcony.
When will VIZION be ready for occupancy?
VIZION will be ready for occupancy in SUMMER 2023.

What equipment will be available in the on-site gym?
The on-site gym will include but may not be limited to:

Are there storage units at VIZION?
An array of storage options will be included at VIZION. Though commonly purchased with interior parking spaces, you can also purchase one of the available 64, 280 ft storage spaces separately
Will VIZION suites be energy efficient?
Each unit within VIZION will have a high-efficiency mini-split heat pump that will deliver heating and cooling into every living space.
A HRV system will provide fresh air to every room and the range hood, bathroom fans and dryer exhaust are vented to the outside for optimal indoor air quality.
Energy star appliances (dishwasher, fridge, stove, microwave), and LED light fixtures throughout aid in the efficient use of energy while thermally insulated, Low-E, argon gas filled double glazed glass windows will help control heat loss in winter, heat gain in summer, and enhance occupant comfort
Apartment living can be challenging regarding noise/vibrations from other units. How has VIZION ensured this will not be an issue?
Within VIZION, the concrete structure provides the best possible acoustic separation between floors and essentially makes it soundproof from a floor to floor perspective. As it relates to between suites, and between suites and the corridor, the Code requires a minimum Sound Transmission Class (STC) rating of at least 50 for these applications / locations.
In our design we have met the STC 50 requirement between the corridor and individual suites with the P2G wall type shown below. However the REAL problem in apartments is not noise in the corridors but noise between adjacent suites, so we used a more substantial wall type (P2F shown below) which is an STC 55 rated assembly. These extra 5 STC points equate to an additional reduction of approximately 40% in perceived noise reduction.
